Jack

Tried out the "Join" links today. Liberal and Conservatives were as expected; fill out a form, standardized stuff.

The NDP had the form but they also had a looming Jack Layton "Yes Jack! I want to be part of it!" (actually that's from the sign up page's header). I don't agree with the one man political shows that all of the parties in Canada seem to take as their model. However this is a bit much. Firstly it's taking things far enough that I am starting to get a dictatorial impression (like Harper). Secondly if you're gonna have a one man show make sure he doesn't look like a used car salesman, or self promote with the same classless arrogance.
