No, let's look at the most interesting # in that there article: the bureaucracy has grown by 14%; at the fastest rate in Canadian history, since these Tories came to power. If you're an actual conservative (note the small "c") and you're thinking that the Conservative party of Canada is your best choice you've either been hoodwinked, or, since you're reading this and still supporting them: you're now being willfully ignorant. This state is distinguishable from that in which the Conservative party prefers Canadians: it allows for a modicum of self determination. So if you're determined to be a fool good for you ... I guess.
